Our answer: This Orthodontist practice knew its points of difference, but was (like everyone else) marketing “smiles” via a templatized website built for hundreds of other practices, with no regard for a particular Orthodontist’s special qualities. They were also competing in Google AdWords with inefficient spends. Street Dog helped identify and articulate this practice’s specialties and how those mesh within the communities they serve.
This brand underwent a complete rebuild and redefinition. Some pointed research, strategy, and a new positioning statement later, we moved into new tactical areas as they moved into new offices (and acquired a new location—with its own re-brand needs—during our initial launch). On tap were linked websites, new photography, TV and online video, inside and outside sales materials, print advertising, direct mail, and guerrilla marketing, as well as social media management and site SEO/SEM.
